| Mr. Hoven has over 28 years' experience in plant operations, maintenance, and safety and health. Mr. Hoven was a former employee of Sunshine Mining and Refining Company and was responsible for the operation of the antimony plant, mill and silver refinery. He has been an employee of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Essential Metals Corporation®, since Oct 2002 and is responsible for managing cobalt projects and the copper-silver retrofit, in addition to responsibilities for safety and health. Mr. Hoven is also managing the transition of new management in the silver refinery. | ||

| Mr. Allen, who retired from his position as President & General Manager of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Essential Metals Corporation, in November of 2006, began his career with the Bunker Hill Mining Company in 1964 and subsequently held positions with Sunshine Mining and Refining Company as Mill Foreman, Mill Superintendent and Manager of Metallurgy. Mr. Allen continues to assist the Company as a consultant. | ||

Their background in the industry includes all varieties of metals and minerals. MDA produced two pre-feasibility studies for the Idaho Cobalt Project. Their past experience with the project makes them ideally suited to continue on with the reserve/resource estimate and mine design. | ||

Each project includes the necessary storm water, hydraulic modeling, digital terrain modeling, earthwork calculations and other tasks necessary for completion of the final project, along with coordination with the appropriate governing bodies. Galena Engineering designed the conventional subsurface wastewater disposal system and road re-alignment needed along the primary transportation route. | ||
