Formation Metals Inc. is a well established Canadian mineral exploration, mine development and refining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol FCO, the OTC-QX trading platform under the symbol FMETF and on the Frankfurt Exchange under the symbol FOQ. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries it has interests in base and precious metals and uranium projects in Canada, the United States and Mexico.

The Company's primary assets, located in the mining friendly state of Idaho, are the 100% owned, fully NEPA permitted Idaho Cobalt Project ("ICP") and the 100% owned Big Creek Hydrometallurgical Complex which includes the zero discharge Sunshine Precious Metals Refinery. The refinery is currently processing copper/silver and gold concentrates in addition to refining silver doré. This facility will also process the cobalt, copper and gold taken from the ICP mine deposit into LME grade high purity cobalt metals rounds, copper cathode and bullion.

The Sunshine® silver brand is accepted as good delivery on COMEX, a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, a commodity futures exchange.
